Pourcel brothers in Bangkok

Jacques and Laurent Pourcel: two heads, four hands, all making wonderfully delicious dishes. Their prestigious restaurant, Le Jardin Des Sens in Montpellier, was awarded three Michelin stars in 1998, marking the renaissance of cuisine from the Languedoc based on senses, flavours and top quality food.
In 2002, the twins set off to discover Asia. Over the insuing years, four restaurants were opened in Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok and Shanghai.
Opened in 2005 in partnership with the Dusit Thani in Bangkok, D'Sens offers the finest French cuisine to be found in Bangkok.
Located in the Dusit Thani hotel's top floor, D'Sens also offers breathtaking panoramic views over the historical Lumpini Park, and of Bangkok's magnificent skyline.
