M.R Sukhumbhand Paribatra, governor of Bangkok

M.R Sukhumbhand Paribatra, 15th governor of Bangkok. On 11january 2009 he was elected by a large margin, winning 45% of the votes cast. He is a thai politician and MP belonging to the Democrat Party.
Educated at Oxford University in England, he is a former deputy Foreign Minister of Thailand.
